This accommodation had a remote setting by the river. Also, St Helen was 4 km away. Had club double room with a bath and wake-up service was available in it. The breakfast offered lots of INCREDIBLE meals.

decent stay, but not worth the price
The breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were attentive. I appreciated thesuper clean and cozy room with a good night's rest.
The location was confusing to reach, as it's quite distant from the main area.

We travelled with a dog and was made to feel very welcome. There is nothing negative to say about our stay. The rooms were lovely, clean, comfortable with good facilities. Staff were excellent. We had room service due to travelling either the dog. This was also excellent. Would definitely return.

The breakfasts were top quality and plenty of choice. Staff were pleasent and polite and management were there if required. Clean friendly and if there had been a pool it would have been perfect. Spa small and clean, hot tub good. We would definitly go again and reccomend friends for a few days stop over when visiting Harogate and surrounding areas

Thought the restaurant and bar staff very helpful
1) Check in was slow 2) At weekends breakfast is 08:00 - 10:00. We required to be on our way before 07:30. I would have thought some orange juice and a bowl of cornflakes from say 07:00 would not have been a major issue - even Travelodge provides a breakfast bag when you want. 3) On ths same theme checkout is 10:00. How does one get a last breakfast at 10:00 and check out at 10:00 to avoid an excess charge?
